Thank you for visiting our website. Please note we are not doing any bed and breakfast at the moment so are currently not taking any bookings. If you are interested in staying with us at Great Broxhall Farm in the future, please watch this space. We are in the process of setting up luxury glamping style accommodation in rustic oak cabins in one of our fields offering stunning views across our valley. We look forward to welcoming you to stay on the farm in the future.
Great Broxhall Farm is an unspoilt 100 acre working cattle farm, set in some of The Garden of England’s finest countryside. The farm is situated down a quiet country lane surrounded by blissful countryside, beautiful landscaped gardens and quaint traditional farm buildings rich in natural character and history. Despite our rural setting, the farm is just a 5 minute drive from the City of Canterbury, and is within 10 miles of the Channel Tunnel and the port of Dover.
Tom and Ellen welcome you to their 16th Century Grade II listed Kentish farmhouse, which is typical of its period and features exposed beams, sash windows, inglenook fireplaces and is enhanced with antiques and period furniture throughout.
Great Broxhall is a beef cattle farm with 40 Aberdeen Angus breeding cows. We have our own hens who keep us supplied with free range eggs for your breakfast, as well as rare breed ducks, a friendly springer spaniel and an even friendlier farm cat! The farm is carefully managed as part of a countryside stewardship scheme which promotes local wildlife species and sustainable farming.
Our farm is a perfect stop over for travelers heading towards the continent and visiting Canterbury, or maybe you simply want that farm stay experience. We offer home from home traditional farmhouse bed and breakfast and have worked hard to bring you a truly Kentish experience inspired by our heritage and surroundings.
There is much to see and do in the surrounding area from English Heritage sites and historic buildings to a range of family attractions.
